In addition to serving our clients, John brings to the job a lifetime of residence in the San Gabriel Valley and extensive experience as a construction contractor and Realtor.
Born in Pasadena, he attended local schools before earning his college degree in business administration with emphasis in finance, real estate and law. Subsequent to spending 10 years in the construction field specializing in property renovations, he discovered a passion for helping people realize their dream of buying and selling their home.
Today, following three decades plus as a highly successful real estate professional, John remains dedicated to that goal. His construction expertise allows him to evaluate a home’s potential, possible problems and property inspection reports, while his comprehensive experience as a real estate agent and broker has given him unsurpassed contract, communication and negotiation skills. His clients and colleagues alike consider him to be an invaluable asset to buyers and sellers of San Gabriel Valley homes.

Tammy is the one who her friends trust. She is fierce about loyalty and will stop at nothing to protect the hearts of others. Tammy brings this same dedication and honesty to real estate. She fights on behalf of each client to create a safe place for each real estate transaction to take place. Born and raised in the Pasadena area, and after attending local schools, she likes nothing better than sharing with her clients her affection for the local communities and neighborhoods, people, and diversity of architecture, activities and cultures.
Honesty, discipline, and perseverance are the driving combination in Tammy’s role as a Realtor, just as it was during her career as a professional golfer on the LPGA tour. The focus and determination required for winning, and the pride of product she employed in representing prominent sponsors such as RJR Nabisco, Ping, Titleist and others, are the same things Tammy applies to her representation and care of her clients and their properties. Just as follow-through is crucial to an effective golf swing, it is a critical factor as well in client satisfaction and the continuation of a quality client-agent relationship. Tammy thrives on follow-through. She is constantly finding ways to bring benefits to her clients long after the sale or purchase of their home.

Patrick grew up Colorado, swimming in a pool from the age of 5 and headed towards the Olympics until an injury in 2012 tore his shoulder apart and redirected his dreams. By 2014, he was married (to our daughter), moving to California and focusing on his career. Patrick turned his arm stroke into a paddle, rotated his back from down to up, and became partners with a board…Patrick discovered surfing, and LOVES it.
When we asked Patrick what, from competitive swimming, carries over into his life, he had two words for us: passion and perseverance.
Patrick said, “Passion carries you from the desire to accomplish something to the will to make it happen. In swimming, you have to put up with some drag to the sport – brutal work outs, A LOT of time, and a fatigued body. The passion part makes you train your mind not to stray away from the big picture goals; you keep moving forward.” On perseverance, he said, “you have races that don’t go your way and you’ve got to be able to have a change of attitude, forget that race, and go for the next one.” Besides surfing Patrick loves (!) football, and hockey, especially his Broncos. Give him an opportunity to go to a hockey game and he’ll make a way. He and his wife often go to Huntington Beach where Patrick surfs and Sarah lets their two golden retrievers hit the surf.

Heidi is a voracious learner and most importantly a do-er. She brings depth and breadth across her professional experiences in marketing, recruitment, and cross-cultural communication to support John and Tammy’s mission of compassionate, concierge-style real estate services. Born and raised right here in our own backyard in Arcadia, Heidi frequents and loves the Pasadena area–tea at Lovebirds Cafe, catching a movie at the Paseo’s ArcLight Theaters, or a stroll through Pasadena’s parks.
In college, she studied International Business and Language with a concentration in French and a minor in Anthropology. To say Heidi loves languages and has an aptitude for them is an understatement as she speaks, in varying degrees of fluency, English, French, Mandarin Chinese, Spanish, and Japanese. She has dabbled in Nahuatl and German with plans to take on Arabic next. Her passion is to study and understand how cultures, big and small, influence our everyday behavior, choices, and communication.
Heidi is mostly behind the scenes, but can be seen at Open Houses, staging appointments, John and Tammy hosted events, and other occasions. She translates her passion and interests into crafting positive client experiences be it personal communication or a seamless process.
