Knowing the nooks and crannies of our town is part of our job and it brings us some fun discoveries like this tucked-away local hangout. What’s so special about it? It is like no other café you have been to. For starters its atmosphere is warm, playfully eclectic, vibrant, with incredibly friendly and service-oriented staff! Local artists’ creations are featured on the wall (also for sale should you find something you love) and change throughout the month. Local musicians also find a welcome mat and different artists play on different mornings showcasing a wide variety (from banjos to accordions to piano/cello/ base combos…etc.) of fun background music. Add in that you’ll find the best almond croissant in town, among other delectables that are fresh every day, and you have yourself a lovely, energized hangout. Oh, and not to forget the featured craft of this place- fresh roasted coffee and numerous coffee drinks made from the beans grown on the family coffee farm in Guatemala. If you visit, keep an eye out for Tammy – it’s her office away from the office!!
